- **Seamless gutter installation.** Gutter is formed on site at the house and run
  to the exact length of each side, so the only joints are at corners and
  downspout outlets. Five inch and six inch K-style aluminum as standard, copper
  on request. The old gutter is taken away.
- **Gutter repair.** Re-hanging sagging runs, resealing leaking miters and end
  caps, replacing storm damaged sections. Often cheaper than a replacement.
- **Gutter guards.** Fitted with new gutter or added to existing gutter, matched
  to the roof and the trees around the property.
- **Gutter cleaning.** Clearing leaves and shingle grit from the run, flushing
  downspouts, and taking the debris away.
- **Downspouts and drainage.** Downspout repair and replacement, extensions,
  splash blocks and leaf diverters.
- **Fascia and soffit repair.** Repair or replacement of the board the gutter

## Common questions

- **Seamless versus sectional gutter.** Sectional gutter comes in fixed lengths
  and is joined along the run, so one side of a house may have several joints.
  Seamless gutter is formed on site to the exact length of each side. Fewer
  joints means fewer places a leak can start.
- **Repair or replace.** Sagging runs can usually be re-hung and leaking corners
  resealed. A damaged section can be swapped without redoing the whole house.
- **Cost.** It depends on the feet of gutter needed, the number of storeys, five
  inch versus six inch, aluminum versus copper, and whether the fascia behind the
  old gutter needs work first. Elite Gutters measures before quoting rather than
  giving a figure over the phone.
- **Whether gutter guards are worth it.** They are worth having when mature trees
  overhang the roof and the gutter is being cleared every year. They are much less
  useful when nothing overhangs.
