These terms cover your use of eliteguttersohio.com and the quotes we provide through it. The site is operated by Elite Gutters LLC, an Ohio limited liability company based in Dayton, Ohio. By using the site or requesting a quote you are agreeing to what follows.

About the information on this site

We keep this site accurate, but gutter work varies from house to house. Descriptions of services, materials and methods are general guidance, not a specification for your property. Nothing here is a promise about what your particular job will involve or cost.

Requesting a quote

Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a booking. It does not create a contract and it does not hold a date. We will contact you to arrange a time to visit and measure.

We may decline work, for example if it falls outside the services we offer, outside the area we cover, or outside what we can do safely.

Quotes and prices

Any price we give before visiting is an indication only. A firm price follows a site visit and comes to you in writing.

A written quote covers the work described in it and nothing else. If we find something once the old gutter is down, most often fascia that has rotted behind it, we will stop, tell you what we have found, and agree the change with you before carrying on. You will not get a surprise on the invoice.

Quotes are open for 30 days unless we say otherwise. After that, material prices may have moved and we may need to requote.

The work itself

The written quote and any accompanying agreement set out the terms of the actual job: scope, price, payment and timing. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents win.

Dates are our honest best estimate. Gutter work happens outdoors and on ladders, so weather moves schedules. We will keep you informed if a date has to change.

Access and site conditions

We need safe access to the outside of the property, including room to set ladders. Please let us know in advance about anything that affects that: dogs, low power lines, fragile planting, parking restrictions, or a neighbour's land we would need to cross.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your written quote. Unless it says otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work.

If something is not right

Tell us. We would much rather come back and put something right than have you live with it. Contact details are at the bottom of this page, and calling is the quickest route.

Limits on liability

We are responsible for our own work and for damage we cause. We are not responsible for problems that already existed, for the condition of a roof, structure or drainage system we were not engaged to work on, or for damage caused by weather events, by others, or by later alterations to what we installed.

Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

This website

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Elite Gutters LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content.

We may change or take down parts of this site at any time, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Privacy

What we do with the details you send us is set out separately in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Ohio, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Montgomery County, Ohio.
